  1. I haven’t come across peanut flour in Finland, so is there an alternative flour I could use so that it would still add up to 25cals/cookie :)? Thanks!

    1. Hi Amanda
It’s not something that is stocked in many stores in Australia either. I order mine from iHerb.com who ship worldwide. I believe Amazon also sell it. Sadly, I don’t know of another alternative that is so low in calories – peanut flour is made by extracting all the high calorie fat from the nut. Good luck!

  9. Hello cookie makers! Just to clarify I believe 180 degrees Celsius is equivalent to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  15. Is the 1 tsp of cinnamon correct? Mine turned out ok, but the cinnamon is pretty strong, and my cookies are much darker than yours. I did sub 1/2 brown sugar trivia and 1/2 regular stevia, but I still think the cinnamon seemed to be a little too much.

    1. I love cinnamon, but feel free to reduce the amount. Some variations are stronger than others too. I used cassia cinnamon. x

  21. I had to double the size of these to make them cookie size. So mine are double the calories, but still good on calories, as far as a cookie goes. I didn’t need as much milk as the recipe called for, so I’m glad it said to add it a little at a time. The cinnamon was too overwhelming, and if I make these again, I will definitely cut down most of it.
