- Ms. Brandt will lead the Top Table at Gulfood in February 2024. Top Table is a key feature that presents a star-studded line-up of internationally renowned chefs discussing the next culinary trend and food masterpieces in a series of interviews, masterclasses, and other culinary events.
- From September 2023, Courtney was delighted to accept the role of host for Dubai byFood, a culinary platform for foodie travelers and local residents. She's enjoyed interviewing a variety of guests, including Alvin Leung and Sam Rhodes, among other talented F&B professionals.
- In March 2023, Courtney was invited to Holland to attend the Future Menus Trend Report 2023, presented by Unilever Food Solutions. Two months later, she hosted the Middle East conference to discuss the trends with local industry professionals.

Courtney is an American author, journalist, and freelance content creator. She's been published by and written commercially for myriad sites like EuroCave, Travel Curator, Vogue Arabia, Food&Wine, Dima Ayad Consulting, Spinneys, and many more. She also regularly contributes to Dubai Eye 103.8 and has appeared on EuroNews and DXB Today. Courtney has spoken at several conferences, including, but not limited to, Gulf Host, Gulfood, and The Restaurant Show, and has worked with several brands such as Louis XIII, Grana Padano, California Wines, and Jacob's Creek, among others.
Education
She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia.
